The Turning Disc Watch is the easiest and smartest way to tell the time. The direct reading watch has two turning discs, the outer one representing hours the inner one minutes, and it includes an arrow at the top of the watch face. So telling the time is simply a case of reading the numbers aligned with the arrow.

If the arrow is pointing to ten on the outer disc, and twenty on the inner disc then it is twenty past ten. It is so simple that even a young schoolchild would be able to read it.
