Damaged items during delivery, wrong advertisement, faulty items, or products not matching the order
You may returnyour purchasewithin 90days afterthe date of receiptof the productif itwasdamagedduringdelivery, defective, orhasbeenadvertisedincorrectly, or does not matchto your order, we willfullyrefund(includingpostage) orwe will replaceyour productat no additional costaccording to thelaw.
We cannot accept items that are damaged due to improper handling.
Faulty Products
Faulty items can be returned within the first 6 months of receipt, unless specified on individual product listings.

We test every return for faults and defects. If an item is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you. Onebo will cover these costs.
Faulty goods may be substituted with another brand for the same intrinsic value.
Main or qualifying multi-buy items can be returned to us if they are incorrect, faulty or arrive in a damaged state.
We are able to offer you a replacement for any qualifying multi-buy item. Due to the nature of these promotions we cannot offer you a refund for the main or qualifying item alone.
Unwanted Products
The Distance Selling Regulations allow you to withdraw from any purchase made from us at any time 7 working days after the date you receive the item, to do this please use the Onebo Contact Form.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation; however a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
We are happy to provide an exchange or refund, however these items must be returned within 14 days of date of delivery, kindly use the Freepost Returns Address details found on the above returns form, this way we cover all your returns postage costs, you must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form.
After seven days we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted goods. If after this period we accept these opened and/or unwanted goods, we may charge a discretionary minimum fee of £2.49 to cover postage and packing costs that Onebo incur to deliver this service.
If you wish to return an unwanted purchase and it remains unopened and unused, as there is no error on our part we will refund the purchase but we will not refund any original delivery costs.
When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 days of our receiving your return.
Onebo reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion.
Onebo also reserves the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order.
